Hanging scales

The digital scale ZW 1.0 is designed for measurement of weights up to 1000kg. The hanging scales are distinguished by their low own weight and compact design. They can be easily adapted with fork ends or hooks. The measured value is read out on a hand terminal connected to the scales by cable. Measured values are displayed in 1kg increments.

This digital scale is available in load ranges from 50 to 500kg. It consists of two HKM components: a shear force load cell as a transducer and a hand terminal connected by a cable. The compact size of the transducer ensures that use in conditions where space is restricted does not present a problem. The transducer can be adapted with spherical rod ends and eyebolts. Other forms of force introduction are possible directly via the two mounting threads on the shear force load cell. Simple control is possible using the hand terminal on which measured values are displayed. 

This scale can also be calibrated in Newtons and used as a force gauge.

The transducers are distinguished by a high nominal load range and, consequently, are particularly suitable for applications in which major forces need to be measured. The transducer can be adapted with spherical rod ends and eyebolts. Other forms of force introduction are possible directly via the two mounting threads on the shear force load cell. Simple control is possible using the hand terminal on which measured values are displayed.
