Hanging scales

Hanging scales

Our portable scales are used to weigh tension loads (particularly suspended loads) ranging from a few kg to 10 t. The battery-powered systems are easy to operate and are employed in the most varied industrial areas. The hanging scales consist of a force transducer and display unit.

Hanging scale ZW 1.0

Hanging scale ZW 1.0

The digital scale ZW 1.0 is designed for measurement of weights up to 1,000kg. The hanging scales are distinguished by their low own weight and compact design. They can be easily adapted with fork ends or hooks. The measured value is read out on a hand terminal connected to the scales by cable. Measured values are displayed in 1kg increments.

  • Nominal load range 1,000kg
  • Accuracy ± 0.5% from ultimate value
  • Maximum and minimal value memory
  • Tare
  • Battery operation
  • No signal output
  • Accessories incl. 2 fork ends and a load hook
  • Weighing in industrial and agricultural applications
  • Crane scale
  • Force measurement / Dynamometer

Hanging scale ZW 2.0

Hanging scale

Our ZW 2.0 hanging scale has a high resolution. In its nominal load range of up to 1,000kg, measured values are displayed in increments of 0.1kg. The transducer and display are integrated in a compact housing. The digital scale is integrated between the lifting gear and goods being weighed using fork ends or hooks. The robust construction and IP64 protection mean that the hanging scale can also be used outdoors.

Hanging scale ZW 2.1

Hanging scale

The digital scale ZW 2.1 is available for load ranges up to 1,000kg and 2,000kg. The variant up to 1000kg displays measured values in 0.1kg increments, while the variant up to a load of 2,000kg displays measured values in 1kg increments. In contrast to the hanging scale ZW 2.0, rotatable eyebolts are fitted for adaptation. The robust construction and IP64 protection mean that the scale can also be used outdoors.

Hanging scale ZW 5.0

Hanging scale

This digital scale is available in load ranges from 50 to 500kg. It consists of two HKM components: a shear force load cell as a transducer and a hand terminal connected by a cable. The compact size of the transducer ensures that use in conditions where space is restricted does not present a problem. The transducer can be adapted with spherical rod ends and eyebolts. Other forms of force introduction are possible directly via the two mounting threads on the shear force load cell. Simple control is possible using the hand terminal on which measured values are displayed. The scale can be used as a gauge for tension or compression forces. Measured values are then displayed in newtons.

  • Calibratable
  • Nominal load range: 50, 100, 200, 300, 500kg
  • Accuracy ± 0.25% from ultimate value
  • Maximum and minimal value memory
  • Tare

Hanging scales ZW 6.0, 7.0, 8.0

Hanging scale ZW 7.0

These digital scales are designed for load ranges from 1,000 to 10,000kg. They consist of two HKM components: a shear force load cell as a transducer and a hand terminal connected by a cable. The transducers are distinguished by a high nominal load range and, consequently, are particularly suitable for applications in which major forces need to be measured. The transducer can be adapted with spherical rod ends and eyebolts. Other forms of force introduction are possible directly via the two mounting threads on the shear force load cell. Simple control is possible using the hand terminal on which measured values are displayed. The scales can be used as a gauge for tension or compression forces. Measured values are then displayed in kilonewtons.
